                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   CHANGE ORDER (FINAL), CONTRACT FOR
                   CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROSS' LANDING PLAZA,
                   WITH SOLOFF CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., WHICH
                   CHANGE ORDER DECREASES THE CONTRACT IN THE
                   AMOUNT OF THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT
                   HUNDRED AND 78/100 DOLLARS ($38,800.78),
                   FOR A FINAL CONTRACT AMOUNTS OF FIVE MILLION
                   NINE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
                   SEVENTEEN AND 89/100 DOLLARS ($5,913,117.89)
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Change Order (Final), relative to construction of
       the Ross' Landing Plaza, with Soloff Construction Company Inc.
       which change order decreases the contract in the amount of
       $38,800.78, for a final contract amount of $5,913,117.89.
